You've Never Seen a Clock Quite Like "A Million Times Project" by Philip Kennedy
Per Emanuelsson and Bastian Bischoff founded their studio in 2009/2010 while they were both taking a Masters course at Gothenburg’s School of Design and Crafts. Realizing that they were both born in 1982, they chose Humans since 1982 as their name, then they found a studio to work from in Stockholm and they’ve been making work together ever since.

A Million Times by Rodrigo Caula
Developed by stockholm-based humans since 1982, ‘a million times’ is an installation designed for victor hunt that is made from 288 special two-handed analogue clocks – powered by 576 electrical engines to drive the minute and hour hands independently – which collectively create a giant display which visually expresses the time digitally. The 576 individual rotating hands to form extensive texts and elaborate customized patterns and graphics.

A Million Times by Richard Prime
Next month, Humans since 1982 unveils its latest installation "A million times" at Design Days Dubai, which will incorporate 300 interconnected analog clocks working together to form a singular installation that measures almost 3.5 meters wide. Each clock contains a motor for the minute hand and one for the hour hand, allowing the components to act independently of one another.

Called A Million Times, the piece by Humans Since 1982 for Victor Hunt Designart Dealer features 576 motors to drive each minute and hour hand independently.
